Description

  • Prep and cook dishes per Little Seoul F&B Food Services standards.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by following sanitation protocols.
  • Assist with inventory and managing supplies.
  • Work under the Head Chef's guidance to deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with a team dedicated to culinary excellence in the food and beverage industry.

Requirement

  • Job Title: Line Cook
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in culinary arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Proficiency in mise-en-place to ensure efficient meal production.
    • Strict adherence to kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Keen attention to detail for crafting high-quality dishes.
    • Customer-oriented approach to meet guest satisfaction.
    • Capability to do heavy lifting and execute physical tasks associated with the role.
    • Advanced cook skills with knowledge of various cooking methods and cuisine types.
    • Familiarity with stewarding responsibilities to maintain a well-organized kitchen.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Preparation and cooking of menu items according to restaurant guidelines.
    • Maintaining a clean and orderly cooking station.
    • Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality service.
    • Managing food inventory and ensuring proper storage of supplies.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment involving prolonged standing, exposure to heat, and requiring flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
