Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to the recipes and specifications.
Ensure that food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented attractively.
Assist with prep work, including chopping, cutting, and measuring ingredients.
Manage and prioritize orders in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the kitchen at all times.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients.
Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment, tools, and the cooking area after each shift.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Follow directions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager and communicate effectively with other team members.
Assist with receiving and stocking inventory when required.

Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and procedures.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Culinary school training or equivalent experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-moving kitchen environment.
Ability to lift and carry items up to [weight] pounds.
Ability to work in hot and noisy conditions.
