Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and standards.
Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh, properly seasoned, and aesthetically presented.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
Assist with stock management, including inventory control, ordering, and receiving deliveries.
Adhere to safety, sanitary, and food handling protocols.
Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality service.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in cooking skills and various cooking techniques.
Experience in Asian cuisine (Korean, Japanese, etc) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of Kitchen Hygiene and food safety standards.
Experience in Stewarding and maintaining a clean kitchen.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Keen Attention to Details, ensuring quality and consistency.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Customer-oriented approach to service.
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced kitchen environment.
Must be able to work in high temperatures and stand for long hours.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
