Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Main Function

To prepare Architectural requirements and related drawings for certain projects such as:

1. Perspective design
2. Initial Layout for new prospective sites
3. Pre-construction plan (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical
4. Mural Design
5. Maintain structures and aesthetic design in building
6. Handle architectural design in personal project

2.  Technical Duties and responsibilities

• Coordinate to Project Engineer/Engineering head for finalization of design of new project for construction and station conversion design
• Coordinate with Site Devt. for General Rehabilitation of existing station for Locator Building Design
• Prepare proposal presentation for New construction sites and station conversion
• Other design task maybe given in relation with Engineering requirements

3. Plan and complete the assigned tasks within the deadlines.

4. Assist the Team to achieve Department goals / Target and Key Performance Indicator.

5. Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.

6. Submit all necessarily report by daily, weekly and monthly to Engineering & Technical Head.
