HIRING: DESIGN ARCHITECT

Location: Manila City (Hybrid / Site Visits as Required)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to join our growing team. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing design presentations, preparing architectural plans, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and the construction team from concept design up to construction documentation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design creativity and practical project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and design solutions for residential, commercial, and fit-out projects.
• Prepare schematic designs, design development drawings, and presentation materials.
• Produce architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, sanitary, and other consultants.
• Assist in preparing construction drawings and permit plans.
• Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
• Conduct site visits and verify site conditions when required.
• Review project requirements, applicable codes, and design standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams during project execution.
• Assist in material and finish selections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong design, planning, and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine Building Code and construction detailing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects is an advantage.
