- Design and develop architectural plans for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee construction processes and coordinate with contractors.
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies.
- Generate detailed technical documentation and presentations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with relevant internships.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Modeling, CAD, Landscape Design, Interior Design, and Architectural Design.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and collaborative mindset.
