- Assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of documents with government agencies such as SEC, DTI, BIR, LGUs, DOLE, and others.
- Submit and retrieve/receive documents from various government offices and agencies.
- Coordinate with the Licensing Department and other internal departments to gather necessary documentation for submission.
- Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of all processed documents.
- Provide status updates on pending requests and escalate delays or issues when needed.
- Update the Project Monitoring system of all applications, renewals, and expirations as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to government compliance as assigned.
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course. Courses in Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related fields are an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is an advantage — but fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Familiarity with government agencies (SEC, DTI, BIR, LGUs, etc.) and their processes is a plus
- Willing to travel or run errands; preferably owns and rides a motorcycle
- Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
