Qualifications:

• Trustworthy, honest, and dependable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and suppliers is an advantage.
• With a valid driver's license (preferred).
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Canvass and source automotive parts, materials, and supplies from accredited suppliers.
• Process purchases and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
• Handle collections and payments from clients in a professional manner.
• Deliver and pick up documents, parts, and other items as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal staff regarding transactions and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, purchases, and expenses.
• Assist in processing permits, registrations, and other business-related documents when required.
• Ensure the safekeeping of company funds, receipts, and confidential documents.
• Perform other liaison and administrative tasks assigned by management.
