Job Description
- Visit client's residence or business to collect payments
- Maintain follow-up with clients to ensure payment deadlines are met
- Serve as the key point of contact between clients and the collection team.
- Document every visit and interactions with clients to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Facilitate communication to ensure timely updates and information flow.
- Prepare reports on collection activities and client feedback.
- Experience Level: with experience in collection and must owned a motorcycle.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong responsible collecting skills, excellent driving abilities, and a valid driver's license are essential. Interpersonal skills are crucial for effective communication.
- Working Conditions: Primarily field-based, requiring travel and driving.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, adaptable, and possessing strong organizational skills.
