Prepares affidavits, legal correspondence, and other documents for attorneys.
Provides the Management with practical legal advice on business issues and company strategies in various legal topics.
Draft pleading, memos, contracts, and affidavits.
Set the strategy and goals for the paralegal team, which should be aligned with the organizational goals.
Ensures all the needs and queries of the stakeholders and Board of Directors are effectively and adequately addressed.
Conducts Performance Evaluation.
Monitor and report monthly case updates on all cases involving the Bank.
Participates in strategic and operational planning activities of the company.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors occasionally.

At least 2-years of extensive experience in Corporate Law/Loan Documentation/Collections/Litigation from a reputable banking/ financial services industry and law firm.
