Manage AMLC compliance work, covering CTR/STR submissions and official inquiry/audit responses.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized Philippine law school.

• Active Bar passer and valid member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).

• 4–6 years post-bar legal experience, including at least 2 years of working experience in qualified Philippine OLP institutions; fintech/lending industry experience is mandatory.

• Proven independent experience in direct liaison and business handling with SEC and AMLC.

• Solid knowledge of RA 9474, AMLC regulations and SEC memorandum circulars.

• Familiar with external law firm management and cross-institutional legal project cooperation.

• Proficient in written and spoken English; Filipino language skill is a plus.

• Strong risk awareness, independent judgment and cross- departmental coordination capabilities.
