Description

• Lead and supervise the legal department, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the organization's interests.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
• Experience Level: 5–10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
