Work Arrangements

• Work Location: Legaspi Village, Makati

• Work Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 7:AM to 4:00 PM

• Work Set-up: Hybrid: 5 days onsite per month

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on obligations and contracts, financial regulations, data

privacy regulations, and corporate governance matters.

• Review, draft, and assist in the management of contracts and other legal

documents.

• Identify and help manage legal risks to ensure the company's compliance with

applicable laws and regulations.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including counterparts within the UnionBank

conglomerate, on legal matters.

• Coordinate with external counsels and support the Head of Legal Services on

various legal initiatives and concerns.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of Law/Juris Doctor;

• Fresh graduate and recent board passer are welcome to apply

• Certification: Member of good standing in the Integrated Bar of the Philippines

with up-to-date MCLE compliance

• Experience: Minimum of three (3)-year work experience in a law firm or as

corporate counsel; but not required

• Regulatory or legal experience in the financial industry is a plus.
