Description

- Oversee the leasing process

-  Negotiate lease terms and renewals with property owner, ensuring to a favorable condition for the company

- Prepare, review and finalize lease agreement in compliance with legal company standards

- Conduct market research to assess competitive lease rates and identify potential properties for expansion

- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, contracts and owner communication

- Coordinate with internal departments such as legal, finance, and operations to ensure smooth lease transaction

- Address any leasing – related issues or disputes in a timely manner

- Monitor lease expirations and manage renewal process

- Conducts site visits to evaluate property management, property marketability and market positioning

-Perform other task assigned by immediate superior or CEO

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

- Must have 2 years’ experience in leasing: either lessee or lessor side

- Strong negotiation, analytical and contract management skills.

- Familiarity with franchise and mapping locations                                                   

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Excellent in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Publisher and lease management software.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
