About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support the growth and launch of ShowCrew and Twingo.

The role focuses on finding relevant prospects, reaching out to them, and generating interest in our platforms and opportunities. You will connect with influencers and content creators, AI video freelancers, and potential content buyers through social media, online marketplaces, email, and other digital channels.

This is suited for someone who is proactive, resourceful, confident in online communication, and comfortable reaching out to new people.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential influencers, AI video freelancers, and business customers through social media, online marketplaces, and other digital platforms.
• Prospect for new opportunities through social media, email, LinkedIn, freelancer marketplaces, and other approved outreach channels.
• Reach out to potential influencers and encourage them to register on Twingo and create their AI Twin.
• Contact AI video freelancers and encourage them to register on ShowCrew and join the company's Discord community.
• Identify and reach out to potential content buyers who may be interested in ShowCrew's content and creative services.
• Follow up with prospects, respond to basic inquiries, and maintain communication with interested leads.
• Collect and organize lead information and keep records of outreach activities and interactions accurate and up to date.
• Track lead status, responses, registrations, and follow-ups using the company's designated tools or spreadsheets.
• Endorse interested or qualified leads to the appropriate team for further action.
• Meet assigned lead generation and outreach targets and provide regular updates on results.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of lead generation and online prospecting.
• Basic ability to conduct online research and identify relevant prospects based on given criteria.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, online marketplaces, email, and messaging platforms.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools to organize and track leads.
• Able to use LinkedIn, Fiverr, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Discord, or similar platforms for research and outreach.
• Basic understanding of outbound outreach and follow-up processes.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to write clear, professional, and personalized outreach messages.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of online outreach and maintaining accurate records.
• Able to track lead status, responses, follow-ups, and registrations.
• Organized and detail-oriented when managing lead lists and outreach data.
• Willing to learn and use new digital platforms and tools as required.
• Able to work independently, follow established outreach processes, and meet assigned targets.
