Role Description

We’re seeking a Sales Appointment Setter who can confidently engage with leads, build rapport, and guide conversations toward scheduled sales calls. This role requires excellent English comprehension, casual writing skills, and the ability to sound natural and approachable while following provided scripts and frameworks.

You will represent our clients on LinkedIn, so strong professionalism and the ability to adapt to different tones are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and respond to LinkedIn messages on behalf of clients, using scripts and conversational templates
• Engage leads through thoughtful comments, likes, and endorsements to spark conversations
• Drive message threads toward booked appointments, not dead ends
• Tag, track, and follow up with leads consistently
• Execute LinkedIn endorsement and engagement projects
• Use ChatGPT and AI tools comfortably to refine and personalize messaging while staying within brand guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in English, with strong comprehension and grammar
• Skilled at casual, engaging writing that builds rapport while driving action
• Experience scheduling calls through messenger conversations
• Proficiency with LinkedIn features and best practices
• Strong written samples of previous messenger conversations required
• Comfortable using ChatGPT or AI writing tools in a professional context
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
• Motivated, ambitious, and resourceful—able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Coachable and open to feedback

Availability

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM US Eastern Standard Time

Education & Experience

• Background in LinkedIn messaging, social media management, or virtual assistance preferred
• Experience in appointment setting is required
• Experience in working graveyard shift required
• Experience in Expandi is a plus

Task Tracking

As part of our standard operating procedures, all Alpha Coast-related tasks must be recorded via Teramind with screen share on. This is a non-negotiable requirement and applies to every task completed. Recordings should be organized and submitted daily for transparency, training, and quality assurance purposes. Incomplete, missing, or improperly submitted recordings may result in adjusted or withheld compensation for the associated tasks.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $600 USD/month (full-time with 8 clients)
• Performance Pay: Commissions + Bonuses for meeting or exceeding quota
• Typical range: $800–$1,200 USD + per month (no cap on earnings)
• Note: Vacation, sick pay, and company holidays are not included

Invoicing

• Invoices due on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s work
• Example: February services invoiced on March 1
• Net 5 terms: payment via Wise within 5 calendar days
