We are currently seeking a Demand Generation Supervisor to lead and oversee field marketing and sales activation efforts across the Visayas region. This role is responsible for managing a team of Agronomist or Demand Generation Technicians (DG Techs) to drive market penetration, strengthen brand visibility, and achieve product sales targets. The Supervisor will serve as a key link between field operations and management—ensuring strategy alignment, operational efficiency, and effective use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Territory Strategy: Develop and execute territory-specific demand generation plans aligned with company goals.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate DG Techs to ensure high-quality field execution and KPI achievement.
• Product Promotion: Oversee demos, field tours, farmers’ meetings, and digital campaigns to promote Ezertech’s products and technology.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmer groups to build brand trust and loyalty.
• Sales & Operations: Support field teams in addressing product or operational issues and coordinate dealer restocking and deliveries.
• Data & Insights: Gather and analyze field data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business growth.
• Training & Development: Partner with the technical team to train and upskill DG Techs on product knowledge and technical applications.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in agricultural sales, marketing, or team supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of crop production, farm systems, and agri-inputs preferred.
• Willing to travel extensively within the Visayas territory.
