As a Lead Generation Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving our lead generation efforts through data analysis and strategic insights. You will be responsible for analyzing lead data, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing lead generation strategies to improve the quality and quantity of leads. Your analytical skills and strategic thinking will help us identify trends, improve processes, and achieve our business goals.

• Analyze lead generation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation.
• Use data insights to refine lead generation strategies for better results.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competition.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation processes.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
• Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and strategic planning.

• Proven experience as a Lead Generation Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.
