We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through proactive outreach efforts. As the first point of contact with prospective clients, you will play a critical role in generating interest in our products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.


You will utilize various tools and platforms to research leads, initiate calls, and build relationships that lead to successful conversions. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and ensure the consistent flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.   • Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls.
  • Conduct research to gather information about prospects and their needs.
  • Initiate and manage cold calls to targeted leads and prospective clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Track and manage lead generation activities in CRM software.
  • Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead generation strategies.

Requirement

  • Proven experience in a lead generation or telemarketing role.
  • Must have an experience using Avaya IP Office 500 Engineer
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales software tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
