Willing to be assigned in Kamuning Quezon City



  1. Conduct research on labor laws, regulations, and case law to ensure compliance and advise the organization.
  2. Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and policies in line with labor laws.
  3. Represent the company in labor disputes, including complaints, hearings, and settlements with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
  4.  Ensure that the company complies with all labor laws, including wage, benefits, and working conditions.
  5.  Advise management on handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  6.  Handle cases related to employee claims such as illegal dismissal, underpayment, or labor violations.

Requirement

  •  Graduate of Political Science (with additional qualifications in law or a law-related field may be preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Labor Code of the Philippines, related laws, and HR practices.
  • Experience in a legal or HR role, ideally in labor law.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
