Food Preparation:

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, peeling, and cutting as needed for the day’s menu.
• Assist in marinating, mixing, and assembling food items.
• Follow recipes and portion sizes accurately.

Cooking Assistance:

• Support chefs in cooking dishes and plating orders.
• Monitor food quality to ensure it meets the restaurant’s standards.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, tools, and workspaces.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor or manager.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide support in other kitchen duties as needed.

• At least a high school graduate; additional training or certifications in culinary arts is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
