Description

  • Prepare and cook authentic Japanese dishes, including sushi, ramen, tempura, and other traditional offerings.
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development with the head chef.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff as needed.
  • Stay current on Japanese culinary trends and techniques.

Requirements

  • At least senior high school graduate (TVL-HE-F&B)/College level/College graduate of any food related courses (HRM/HRS)
  • With at least 6 months of working experience in a Japanese restaurant
  • Knowledgeable in Japanese cuisines
