Assisting chefs with prep tasks to maintain an efficient cooking environment
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen area
Helping with inventory management and storage of supplies
Following safety procedures and helping to ensure compliance with food regulations
Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly and swiftly

Education: Minimum of a High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: Entry-level with less than 1 year of experience in kitchen work preferred.
Skills and Competencies:Competency in Mise-En-Place to ensure all ingredients are prepped before cooking.
Strict adherence to Kitchen Hygiene and food safety standards.
Basic Cook Skill with a willingness to learn and follow recipes.
Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Customer Oriented mindset to cater to customer satisfaction.
Ability to perform Heavy Lifting as required in kitchen operations.
Great Attention to Details to maintain quality control over dishes.
Responsibilities and Duties:Assist with the preparation and cooking of food.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Comply with food hygiene regulations.
Help manage food inventory.
Perform kitchen duties as assigned by the chef/cooks.
Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced, hot environment and stand for prolonged periods.
Qualities and Traits: Team player, punctual, reliable, with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
