Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in sales, customer service, or key account management
• Experience in electronic service providers or fintech platforms
• Familiarity with digital payment solutions (e-wallets, billers, POS systems)
• Understanding of fintech workflows and merchant ecosystems
• Nice to have: Exposure to merchant APIs and POS integration

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with merchants, billers, and business partners
• Manage a portfolio of key clients, supporting their objectives and identifying new opportunities for collaboration
• Deliver tailored solutions by gaining a clear understanding of each client’s unique requirements
• Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism to ensure a seamless experience
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Product, and Customer Service teams to maintain smooth and efficient operations
• Analyse performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and support targeted upselling and cross-selling initiatives
• Strengthen partnerships with both online and offline merchants through consistent engagement
• Support back-office processes to ensure effective coordination and high-quality service delivery
• Assist merchant partners during onboarding and usage of services such as bill payment, mobile load, ticketing, and e-wallet top-ups
