Key Responsibilities

• ​Technical Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert, explaining the chemical properties, stability, and applications of our flavor profiles and cosmetic raw materials.
• ​Product Formulation Support: Assist clients in troubleshooting formulations and suggesting ingredient substitutions or enhancements to improve their end-product quality.
• ​Client Relationship Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of B2B clients, conducting regular site visits and product presentations.
• ​Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., "clean beauty," "functional foods") and provide feedback to the R&D team for new product development.
• ​Field Operations: Travel to various manufacturing plants and corporate offices to conduct hands-on demonstrations.

Category Requirements

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition & Dietetics, or a Licensed Chemist.
• Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically dealing with food flavors or cosmetic/chemical raw materials.
• Technical Know-how: Deep understanding of sensory analysis, chemical safety standards, and ingredient interactions.
• Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle for client visits and product transport.
