Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience Level: Seeking an individual with 1-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD software, understanding of construction methods, project management skills, and strong analytical abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage construction projects, oversee contractors, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with higher management
  • Working Conditions: The role requires presence on-site, often working outdoors, and may involve some travel.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership qualities, decision-making skills, excellent communication, and teamwork capability.
