Supervise and coordinate daily groundskeeping operations, including mowing, trimming, planting, and pest control.
Manage and train a team of groundskeepers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient work practices.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for lawns, gardens, and outdoor facilities.
Inspect grounds and equipment regularly to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Plan and oversee landscaping projects, including the selection and planting of flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; order materials as needed.
Address and resolve any issues related to grounds maintenance and staff performance.
Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices.

At least an undergraduate degree or college diploma in any field; relevant certification in horticulture or landscaping is a plus.
Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping, with at least [X] years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscaping techniques, and equipment operation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
