Description

  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Prepare vouchers and checks
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Prepare payroll
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • File and pay taxes
  • Online payment to suppliers
  • Monthly, quarterly, annual filings of all taxes
  • Payment to suppliers
  • Participate in annual audits
  • Handling communications with vendors via phone and/or email

Requirement

  • Graduate of B.S. Accountancy, Finance or related field
  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
  • Fresh graduates may also apply
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Familiarity with finance regulations
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
