岗位职责：

1、负责期货核心交易系统的设计和开发;

2、持续进行系统优化,保证系统的高性能,高可用和可扩展;

3、预研新技术,负责技术的选型,难点公关。


Requirement

1、计算机相关专业统招本科以上学历；

2、五年以上工作经验，扎实的计算机基础知识,有大流量,高并发系统研发经验;

3、熟悉期货交易业务，有期货交易系统研发经验优先;

4、对Java面向对象软件结构有深入理解以及应用能力，理解常用的设计模式，熟练掌握Spring等主流的开发框架；

5、熟练使用常用的服务端中间件，如缓存、消息队列、MySQL数据库，对相关实现原理有一定的了解；

6、熟悉性能优化、对架构设计有一定理解者优先；有高并发、高可用服务架构设计能力者优先；

7、高度的责任心,良好的沟通能力和业务理解能力,做事认真严谨。
