Responsible for the daily operations and event planning of the company's social media (Twitter, YouTube, Discord, etc.). Continuously optimize and produce high-quality content to promote conversion and expand brand influence.
Plan and execute online activities based on different product needs and industry trends. Track activity results and be accountable for the final outcomes.
Record and analyze daily operational data, summarize user behavior patterns, and optimize operational methods.
Develop resources of social media KOLs, negotiate and establish cooperation with KOLs on behalf of the company. Optimize KOL quality based on promotion results, follow up on promotion progress, user reputation, operational effectiveness, monitor and analyze related data, and continuously optimize operational strategies and cooperation models to be accountable for promotion performance.

At least 1 year of experience in Web3 social media operations, familiar with social media practices and rules.
Understanding of DeFi, NFT, GameFi, and other Web3 ecosystems.
Bachelor's degree or above, with English as a working language.
Possess excellent logical thinking, learning ability, communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience in community operations and commercialization operations.
Have certain management abilities, fully understand and recognize the content and sections in charge, and provide timely and effective feedback on work.
