Responsibilities:

• Japanese–English interpretation at hospitals and clinics
• Cashless payment processing
• Pharmaceutical research
• Guiding and interpreting for health check-ups
• Supporting and maintaining existing members
• Other duties may be discussed during the interview

Must

• Bachelor’s degree
• Japanese proficiency of at least N3 level (able to read kanji to some extent)
• Willingness to work paid overtime when necessary
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Nursing experience in Japan or experience as a caregiver
• Experience in sales or customer service within hotels, medical institutions, or related industries
• Polite, professional, and customer-focused communication skills
• Ability to embrace local culture while delivering exceptional service
• Available to start working immediately (from this month)
