- Prepare authentic Japanese dishes, including sushi and sashimi.
- Ensure high-quality presentation and flavor in all menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Need a Nihongo Speaker (Conversational)

- Educational Qualifications: Edu not required
- Experience Level: 3-5 Years of experience in a Japanese cuisine environment
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, self-starter, strong kitchen hygiene practices, customer-oriented, attention to detail, and proficiency in Japanese language (Kaiwa).
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, with potential for long hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, passionate about Japanese cuisine, excellent communicator, and adaptable.
