Job qualifications:

• Interested to WORK ABROAD! (FINE DINING RESTAURANT)
• with Valid Passport at least two (2) years validity.
• Have relevant experience in Japanese Cuisine and Sushi & Sashimi.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various types of sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes.
• Select, handle, and store fresh seafood and ingredients properly.
• Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients such as rice, sauces, and garnishes.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with kitchen staff for supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow restaurant recipes, menu standards, and customer preferences
