Position: Janitor

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to support daily office operations through messenger services, facility maintenance, and janitorial duties. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean and organized workplace while ensuring timely delivery and processing of documents and other office-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Janitorial Duties

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

Basic Maintenance Support

• Assist with minor repairs and office maintenance tasks
• Report maintenance issues and repair needs to supervisors
• Help with office setup, furniture movement, and minor facility tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience as a messenger, utility staff, janitor, or related role is an advantage
• Familiarity with routes, government offices, banks, and business establishments is preferred
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
