Description
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and equipment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Additional Requirements: Must have a motorcycle and be willing to work in the field.
