We are currently looking for Service Desk Analysts with experience supporting international clients.
Job Details:
- Salary: Up to ₱32,000 (depending on experience)
- Location: BGC Corporate Center, Taguig (Onsite)
- Schedule: Night Shift / Shifting
Qualifications:
- College graduate or at least 1 year in college (no back subjects)
- At least 18 months Service Desk / IT Support experience
- Experience supporting international accounts or global clients
- Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in Active Directory and troubleshooting
- Strong English communication skills (voice support)
- Willing to work onsite in BGC
- Can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to international clients via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage and resolve IT service tickets within SLA
- Escalate complex concerns to appropriate support teams
- Document issues and resolutions accurately
