Description
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts and workstations.
- Maintain records of issues and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve and streamline support processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions effectively.
