- Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications for new users.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the help desk system to improve future support.
Requirements
- IT STAFF/TECHNICAL STAFF
- MAKATI/BLEMENTRITT AREA
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in IT support or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to provide support remotely and on-site as needed.
