Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the implementation and management of cloud services and infrastructure as code solutions.
• Perform system monitoring and maintenance using various monitoring tools.

• Document and maintain knowledge base articles for common technical issues.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Skills and Competencies: Understanding of container orchestration using Kubernetes
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network security principles
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
