- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting network problems and resolving connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with the IT team to deploy new systems and updates.
- Educate users on best practices for IT security and data protection.
- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in IT support
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Responsibilities and Duties: Availability for on-call support when necessary
