- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures are in place.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related solutions.
- Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist, System Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and cloud services.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
