- Provide technical support to users by addressing hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and maintain system performance.
- Install, configure, and update software applications.
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IT processes and support services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assist users through phone, email, or in-person communication
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Working Conditions: Office environment with some on-call support as needed
