-Proficiency with Windows

-Knowledge of networking concepts, such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.

-Familiarity with system and network security practices.

-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
