Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer technical issues, providing timely and accurate resolution for Dermcare Inc. products.
  • Gather customer information, diagnose concerns, and ensure proper troubleshooting processes.
  • Educate and guide customers through available support resources.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
  • Maintain proficiency in Dermcare Inc.'s offerings and stay informed on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in computer systems and software, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries, troubleshoot problems, and guide users through issue resolution.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may require shift work to cover various time zones.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, adapts quickly to new technologies.
