Provide technical support to staff and users for IT-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of biometric systems and devices.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring security and integrity of the data.
• Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights related to biometric systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement technology upgrades and enhancements.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical issues for future reference.
• Train staff on the use of biometric systems and best practices for data security.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, specifically with biometric systems.
• Familiarity with biometric technologies (fingerprint scanners, facial recognition, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and IT infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus.
