Senior Inventory Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Inventory Analyst to oversee inventory accuracy, monitor stock movement, analyze inventory data, and recommend process improvements. The ideal candidate has strong inventory management experience, excellent analytical skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across all branches and warehouses.
• Analyze inventory reports, stock movements, and variances
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory forecasts and recommend replenishment plans.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Accounting teams.
• Lead and supervise inventory audits and physical stock counts.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or inventory analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, CIN7, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
