Our client, a growing company in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is looking for an experienced Instrumentation & Controls Supervisor/Foreman to oversee instrumentation and control systems and ensure reliable plant operations.

This role is ideal for an experienced instrumentation professional with strong knowledge of PLC systems, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and instrumentation controls. The successful candidate will supervise instrumentation technicians, monitor daily operations, interpret technical diagrams and schematics, maintain accurate system documentation, and support process improvement initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of instrumentation and control systems.
• Supervise and guide instrumentation technicians.
• Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records.
• Support process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience in instrumentation or related field.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
