Install, configure, and maintain hardware (servers, workstations, networking equipment) and software (operating systems, business applications, security software) for the organization.
Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Ensure that all systems and networks are secure, regularly updated, and optimized for performance.
Monitor IT infrastructure, including network performance, servers, and systems to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and help ensure smooth technology integration across departments.
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
Skills:Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud computing.
Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Experience with networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and firewall configurations.
Knowledge of IT security best practices, including virus protection, data encryption, and secure network protocols.
Familiarity with software deployment, patch management, and system monitoring tools.
Basic understanding of database management and web applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication skills to interact with non-technical staff and end-users effectively.
