Job position: IT Manager URGENT
Monthly salary: 50,000-100,000
Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm
Start date: ASAP
Knowledge in:
- IT service management
- Core infrastructure: LAN/WAN, VPN, AD/Entra ID
- Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP (networking, IAM, cost management, backup/DR)
- Cybersecurity basics: ISO 27001
- End-user platforms: Windows/macOS, Workspace
- DevOps/IaC fundamentals: CI/CD, Git, scripting, Terraform/ARM, container concepts
- Data protection & resilience: blogging/observability
- Vendor/SaaS & licensing models, IT asset & software asset management
Skills in:
- Project/portfolio management, road mapping, prioritization, delivery to scope/schedule
- People leadership: coaching, performance management, hiring, delegation
- Incident/problem management, RCA, post-mortems, MTTR reduction
- Budgeting & cost optimization (FinOps), forecasting, chargeback/show back
- Vendor evaluation, negotiation, contract/SLA management
- Automation & scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python); task orchestration
- Documentation & diagramming
- KPI design & reporting dashboarding
Competencies:
- Customer-centric mindset; strong stakeholder management
- Strategic and systems thinking; ability to balance risk, cost, and value
- Clear communication to executives; concise incident comms

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 5-10 years and above experience

- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in IT service management, core infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee security protocols, manage projects, and coordinate vendor relationships.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and leadership ability.
