Responsibilities
- Handle importation processes via Air and/or Sea shipments
- Coordinate and monitor import shipments with suppliers/shippers
- Ensure timely processing and documentation of import transactions
- Compute import taxes and duties accurately
- Classify goods based on tariff classifications
- Maintain proper communication with suppliers and internal departments
- Knowledgeable in:
- Tariff Classification of Goods
- Computation of Import Taxes and Duties
Qualifications
- Graduate of Customs Administration or any related course
- Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage
- At least 1 year of experience in handling importation (Air or Sea; both is preferred)
- With good communication and coordination skills
- Must not be residing within Metro Manila
- Related work experience is required
